My Career Pivot Story
My path isn’t linear and that’s my strength.
I started in marketing, grew into project management, and ran my own businesses. But I craved deeper insights , the kind only data could provide. That hunger led me to the U.S. to earn my MBA and MSBA and build a solid foundation in data science, statistics, machine learning, and AI.
Now, I combine business acumen, technical fluency, and a storyteller’s heart to design data-powered solutions and products that people love and businesses trust.

In 2018, I began my career in digital marketing, then expanded into finance and project management. Over time, I realized I was seeking more, a career that aligned with both my purpose and passion for innovation. That pursuit brought me to the U.S., where I earned an MBA and a Master of Science in Business Analytics to deepen my skills in data, strategy, and decision-making; especially important after starting in the arts and humanities.

Since then, I’ve taken on independent consulting projects, helping businesses solve complex marketing and strategy problems by combining data analytics, critical thinking, and human-centered problem-solving.

As an entrepreneur, I’ve built and led multiple ventures, from MintandMatte (formerly Lolashaircare), to Madam Anything, and the social impact nonprofit Vendors Outreach, which fosters economic empowerment through social capital.

What sets me apart is my ability to lead with empathy, analytical rigor, and creativity. I believe the true measure of success isn’t just results, it’s whether people are satisfied, fulfilled, and better off because of what you built.
