In 2018, I started my career in Digital Marketing, then worked in Finance & Project Management, then moved back to marketing & management. Longing for a career that matches my purpose, I moved to the USA to get my MBA and Master of Science in Business Analytics to develop my analytics since my undergrad was more arts & humanities focused. You can now call me Ololade MBA

Along these lines, I have taken on independent projects and worked as an independent consultant to help companies solve their overarching marketing and strategy problems by leveraging data analytics, creative thinking, critical thinking & problem-solving methodologies. I have also run multiple businesses & organizations, Lolashaircare, now Hairstract, Madam Anything, and a social impact not-for-profit NO, called Vendors Outreah, which aims to develop social capital for economic empowerment. I stand out because I leverage human-centeredness and happiness to come up with solutions. My biggest question is often: Are customers satisfied, or are customers happy with my solution or initiatives at the end of the day?
