Mercato | Retail Analytics & Optimization

Optimized product positioning and capacity planning across their Utah stores. This project provided detailed capacity overviews for the house's front and back, categorized by product labels and storage solutions. The initiative enabled the company to position product brands better, resulting in a projected revenue increase of over $300k and a 40% sales boost. The company improved productivity and informed future capital needs by gaining clarity on minimum and maximum capacity for various store fixtures. This strategic approach saved the company 77% in costs and positioned it for significant growth.

Hello Bulk | 

For a grocery store facing decreased sales due to seasonal foot traffic and city construction, I developed a strategic marketing campaign to boost traffic and revenue. Tactics included surveys, partnerships, social media planning, flyers, and testimonials. I created a value proposition: "The one-stop grocery shop for your health and the planet’s." The project involved identifying target customer attributes, performing ROI analysis, and providing a comprehensive roadmap for a March launch, positioning the company for an attractive sale and potential expansion.

Summit Venture Studio | Market Research

I conducted a project for Graduly, a startup under Summit Venture Studio, focusing on market analysis, product validation, and market entry for their high school-targeted college planning tool. I developed a monetization strategy, analyzed SWOT, and engaged potential clients. I identified research needs for financial institutions to sell data and engaged companies interested in lead generation. This project saved the company 77% in costs, determined market feasibility, developed targeted messaging, and identified potential high school customers.

Sols Shoes| Marketing

For SOLS, a company specializing in Mexican artisanal handcrafted leather shoes, I designed a Google Ads campaign. Using Google Analytics, I identified target demographics, estimated CPC/CPM, and optimized campaign elements to enhance CTR, expanding their digital presence beyond social media and influencer marketing.
